Where do I get a claim number?

You will bring your claim number in when you come to the shop. Claim numbers are issued by your insurance company when you report your accident. 


Can you match my car’s paint color?

Yes. JIC Collision takes great pride in our ability to precisely match all custom and factory finishes. We use state of the art equipment to ensure a perfect color match every time and only use the highest quality paints and clear coat as specified by manufacturer guidelines, resulting in a factory finish every time.


Is there a warranty on my car repairs?

Yes. We guarantee all repairs with a Limited Lifetime Warranty.


Do I have to have an appointment for an estimate?

No. You do not have to have an appointment. Just stop by during our regular business hours and we will assist you and any questions that you. If you would prefer to schedule an appointment or would like someone to meet you before or after hours, please let us know. We are in the service business and will assist you in any way that we can.
